Minocqua “Almost” Winter Dryland Race: 4 Dog Rig Pro- 6th Place

Redpaw’s Dirty Dog Dryland Race: 6 Dog Rig Pro- 7th Place

RECAP

Jack and the Pack LLC had a great time last weekend at RedPaw’s Dirty Dog Dryland Race.

We did 6 Dog Pro with 5 dogs and managed to snag 7th place!

Not too bad considering this was north america’s largest dryland race. Met people from NY, IL, IA, GA, KY, Canada as well as Australia!

Dogs did great, it was Sirius’s first race, Nadja’s first rig race, and Remus’s first puppy run/ intro to this type of setting.

We’ve been training for longer races this winter so haven’t been acclimating them to sprinting much, just distance/ paced runs, and I was very impressed.

Winter: Grumbles competed in a Skijoring race with our friend David, and won 3rd place in the Loppet’s 10k Skijoring race!
