*Go over safety, health precautions, general mushing information, and answer any questions you may have.
*Try out gear (running belt, dog harnesses, kicksleds, sleds, booties, and lines) we'll bring everything.
*Bring any gear you may already have (helmets, athletic clothing for the weather, harnesses, lines, dog coats) and we can make sure it's working correctly, or help you find alternatives and answer questions.
*We will also bring equipment that’s available for purchase if you visit our store/order online and we can ship.
Payment is non-refundable: cancellations may reschedule for a later date if made 24 hours or more in advance. Registration is good through the calendar year.
Multiple dogs are welcome per sign up, but owners are responsible for their dogs. Also time is limited in a group setting, so patience is appreciated. Consider signing up for an individual lesson if you have more than one dog.
During the 1st part of the class, dogs will need to remain in vehicles or on a secure tie out. This is to help avoid distraction as we’re going over some information.
Must provide proof of your dog/s rabies vaccine when signing up. Dog/s must be at least 1 year of age.
